We’ve acquired some new members lately. Very exciting!!

I believe there are about 28 more days until we all start reading our first book!(also very exciting) : )

Also: Reply to this post with the book you think we should read first..then I can put it in poll form and we can vote on it. If no one suggests books then I’ll just decide on one for the whole group!

    I don’t really have any suggestions for you, other then ones I’ve read already 😛
    I like the quote. When I shop at my local second hand bookstore, I leaf through random books looking for food splashed on the pages. May seem a little bizarre to most, but food on the pages tells me the book was so good, the reader couldn’t put it down.

    I keep seeing this book come up everywhere.
    It’s called The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Schaffer and Annie Barrows.

    Have seen both Stephanie Meyer (Twilight) and Elizabeth Gilbert(Eat,Pray,Love) recommend this on their websites.

    So that’s my suggestion, and *applause* to Shauna for getting this up & running.
